1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Merch’s Nook offers 1-4 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Merch’s Nook orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on all orders (excluding taxes) – no promotional code is needed.
Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 2 PM (CST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (CST) on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Working days are Monday-Friday. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Time
Most of our in-stock items are best sellers, and orders placed by 5pm CST are shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
6. How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to become available. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. If you haven’t received your order within 4-8 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
7. Change Of Delivery Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call Us at +1214-536-4134.
8. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and is in its original condition. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled cannot be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refunds. If a refund is approved we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost of the return within 2-4 business days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory goal.
